In these times we hope to bring back the honor of our great traditional PowWow. A committee was formed in August of 1998, made up of individuals of all ages, with a common vision, to make our true dreams come true. With help from our community, we hope to succeed. We hope that these PowWows will bring our small community closer together, keep our people strong, and shed some light on their lives. So come see our culture and celebrate our traditional ways. We want people of all nationalities to see and understand this day of joy and celebration. Powwows are held annually during the month of August in Scotchfort, Prince Edward Island.
